In the Dynavoice new catalog, a small and functional amplifier called Challenger CA802BT appeared. As the name suggests, the model is equipped with a Bluetooth module: it works under the 5.0 protocol and supports the aptX codec.
The amplifier operates in class D and is based on modules from the German company Infineon Technologies. It delivers 80 watts of power per channel with a load of 4 ohms and 40 watts, respectively, with a load of 8 ohms. Apart from the amplification modules, all components of the device are said to be carefully hand-picked.
The 24-bit ESS ES9023 DAC chip is responsible for processing the incoming digital signal. From the inputs available RCA, coaxial (combined with the right channel of the analog input), optics and USB-C, supporting content transfer at 32 bit / 384 kHz. The rear also houses a subwoofer output and terminals for connecting acoustics.
A headphone jack is located on the front panel – it is located between the small display and the volume control wheel. The power of the headphone amplifier was 100 mW into 32 ohms.
